Responsible for overall performance and training of 82 offices nationwide.
Wrote and recorded several audio and video training programs.

1996-1998 Dispensing Professional and Training Director / Beltone of Tampa
Awarded Beltone's Senior Master Specialist title every year for 3 years
Recognized in Beltone's National Glory Sheet 15 times in 33 months.
