Dean has specialized in audiology for well over 20 years. He is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences with memberships in the International Hearing Society, American Hearing Aid Association, and Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals with no complaints
on any licence or membership.

1990 Developed training material and began providing hands-on instruction for new staff
1990 Wrote, designed and published a 6 cassette training program for audiologists titled STRATEGIES FOR TOP PERFORMERS.

1990- 1995 Conducted full day seminars for Beltone, Miracle Ear, Hearing Centers of America, HEARx, 3M, Starkey Labs, and several smaller multi-office practices.

Designed and implemented universal testing and dispensing protocols for all offices nationwide
Responsible for overall training of 92 Specialists and audiologists. Wrote and recorded several audio and video training programs designed to increase patient care in struggling offices.

Office Manager / Technician
Viki has been an office manager in the hearing healthcare field for over 12 years. During the first 10 years as an office manager Viki was routinely recognized for her efforts processing insurance claims and after receiving several awards for patient care and customer service she was promoted to Operations Manager for one of the largest hearing healthcare practices in the country. We are very fortunate to have Viki on our staff and are pleased to see continual growth in her skills.
